What do I need and how can I book a room at Joya Students?
To make your reservation at JOYA, simply contact us. To make your reservation you will need: • Photo identification document within the expiration period (CC, passport, DNI, etc.) • Proof of university studies (e.g. course registration letter, certificate registration number, student ID card, etc.) • Proof of deposit payment
How do I pay the monthly fee?
At check-in, the first monthly payment must be paid. In the following months, you will have until the 8th of each month to pay the monthly fee for that month. If payment of monthly fees is late, a fine will be applied.
What is the contract termination and reservation cancellation policy?
Our contracts are non-terminable. The amount paid as a deposit is intended to ensure that the Room is reserved for the Second Party until the start date of the Contract. The parties acknowledge that the cancellation of a reservation may cause losses to the First Party due to the opportunity cost of the lost reservation, therefore cancellations at JOYA STUDENTS must be duly justified and are subject to the following rules: a) The amount paid as a deposit is refunded in 75% if the Second Party cancels this Contract 60 or more days before its start date, with the Second Party bearing only the costs of the bank transfer with the refund of the amount paid by the same payment method; b) The amount paid as a deposit will be refunded in 50% if the Second Party cancels this Contract 30 or more days, but less than 60 days, before its start, bearing the costs of the bank transfer or other means that the First Party may indicate for the refund; c) The amount paid as a deposit will not be refunded if the Second Party cancels the Contract less than 30 days before its start.
What is the Resident’s Handbook?
To ensure the well-being of all residents and that their stay at Joya Students becomes an unforgettable memory, we created the Resident Handbook. In this Manual there are some rules that must be respected and followed for the proper functioning of the spaces throughout your stay and will be given to you at the time of booking. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in fines and, in more serious cases, may be grounds for contract termination.

At Joya Students we have a maintenance team available to help you with any problem, just contact our team to schedule a visit to identify and solve the problem.
