All apartments are fully furnished and the shared kitchens are equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for your daily life: Cooktop with oven, microwave, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, dishes, cutlery, pans and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals. We often say that all you're missing is just yourself! (and of course, your sheets and personal items). Our rooms include: • Bed • Bedside table • Secretary • Chair • Table lamp • Ceiling lamp • Mirror • Wardrobe • Bed quilt and sleeping pillow. Additionally, some rooms have a private bathroom and a TV just for you! The interior of each room may have some variations. Wi-fi, water, electricity and cleaning in common spaces are included in the monthly fee as long as conscious consumption is made. If consumption exceeds the average for the last 2 years, a fine corresponding to the amount exceeded may be charged. Cleaning services for your room are not included in your stay. However, they are available. All you need to do is contact us to find out how to hire a cleaning service.

No. Neither bed linen nor towels are included.

Yes, subject to availability, you can reserve a private parking space together with your room for a monthly fee.

Yes! If the rooms are free, you can schedule a visit to the apartment and see your future room. However, if they are occupied and it is not possible to enter the room, you can always visit the common spaces in person and see your room through the videos we made.
