In 2012, that’s exactly what happened to the daughter of the founder of Joya Students.
Instead of giving up, Vanessa’s mother rolled up her sleeves and decided to create a space where comfort and community go hand in hand.
Joya Students has continued to grow, and today it is home to hundreds of students!

Joya Properties was founded in 2013 with the vision to develop one of a kind real estate projects, while maintaining an emphasis on the history and character of Lisbon.
An essential feature to the company’s identity was to make each project as unique as possible through design, functionality and architecture.
