When Joya was founded, in 2014, we had a clear mission: to create a student housing solution with an above averege level of comfort and quality.
By 2021, what began as a solution for students evolved into a greater commitment: to create and develop residential spaces designed to inspire and improve the lives of our clients, whether individuals or investors, while making real estate transactions simpler, safer, and more transparent.
Rooted in excellence, innovation, personalization, and profitability, we are specialists in the premium segment of the Portuguese real estate market, with a focus on the prime locations of Leiria, Nazaré, Coimbra, and surrounding areas.
